New to Newport Anglican?

What should I expect?

We run church services at 8am and 10am every Sunday. When you arrive, you will be welcomed and offered a name tag.
The service includes bible readings, a sermon (bible talk), prayers, and singing. At our 8am service, we sing mostly traditional hymns and usually finish around 9am. At our 10am service, we mostly sing more modern songs, run dedicated programs for kids, and usually finish around 11:15am.
After each service, you’re invited to join us for morning tea.

If you have children, please find information about our kids’ programs here.

Where do I park?

In addition to limited street parking, there is a council car park just down the road, behind the shops.

What should I wear?

We have no dress code. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Where do I sit?

Wherever you like!

Are your church services accessible to people with disabilities?

Our church building and our main hall have ramp access and the doors can accommodate walkers and wheelchairs. We have an accessible toilet behind the church building.
Large font bibles are available at the welcome desk.

We hope to see you soon, if you have more questions, please contact us.
