About Us

Richard became Senior Minister December 2020. He grew up a northern beaches boy with his childhood sweetheart Judy who he eventually married. They have travelled the world but are at last settled again by the sea.

Helen is our Children’s Minister. She leads Sunday Kids Church, Friday arvo Kids Club and Coordinates SRE in local Schools. Helen finds great joy in sharing the good news of hope that Jesus brings the children of Newport.

We are one of those 'great' local churches. We seek to serve and proclaim Jesus - hear, trust and obey his word - and love our Newport 'neighbours'. We aim to be a 'bible based' church. God's word is the most precious 'object' on earth.

We warmly welcome all people, whatever your age, faith or background. Our 2 services combines the best of the traditional and contemporary. We want to enrich the lives of people on "the peninsula" and beyond.
